Slim Frame
Made out of environmentally oxidized aviation aluminium. Specially design for DSLR and digital cameras with ultra thin filter frames (3.42mm) to help avoid vignetting on super wide angle lenses are also designed to hold a lens cap.

Athabasca Multi-Coated UV filter uses the highest quality Japan made optical glass, which creates a smooth, clear image. This filter cuts out all range of UV rays to give an astounding sharpness and clarity without the least affect on color balance. Constant use for lens protection is recommended. These popular filters are renowned for their ability to minimize reflection on filter surfaces which reduces flare and ghosting. Double Side Anti-Reflection Multi-Coating
By applying Double Side Anti-Reflection Multi-Coating, Athabasca Multi-Coated UV filters have light transmission of over 99.96%. This greatly reduce the appearance of lens flare and ghosting caused by reflections.

Waterproof and Stainproof Coating
Multi-coat filters are easily stained by water and dust. To prevent this, a layer of waterproof and stainproof coating is added upon the transmittance coating.

Anti-Scratch
Together with anti-reflection coating, this can better protect the filter from being scratched.
